When I call support via Ultimate Backup, the NPCs arrive in an absolutely standard uniform, which is in the game. I have already reinstalled everything related to EUP several times, but nothing helps. Maybe someone knows what the problem might be?

This happens some time after I register "Force Duty" in the console, after a small freeze that lasts about 2-3 seconds. (Note that immediately after I prescribe this, no problems occur. 60 fps is stable, and only after that freeze there is that problem with lowering fps at times).
