Traffic is behaving strangely. I absolutely do not understand what this could be related to. For example, a parked car may appear right behind my back, or driving past during a patrol, I may notice a car standing right in the middle of the road (sometimes NPCs who are doing absolutely nothing can stand next to this car, just standing still). Traffic can ram each other, accelerate sharply and not have time to slow down at a red traffic light. Or, let's say, the same car can spawn in a certain area. Maybe someone had a similar problem and I can do something about it?
