Is there anyway to fix that? Are ELS creators going to fix it? It's a big deal for me lol.... like I'm going back to non-els.

so the problem is the cars and not the ELS? If so I haven't ran into ONE ELS car that had nice lights from a distance, they all look dull

Well I do want to see some blooms from far away with shiny bright lights. I remember Bxbuggs sheriff patrol (Non ELS) from back in the day was sooo perfect. You could see the lights bright and shinning from miles away. Do you remember that?

Coronas look like crap from a distance. only light reflections are visible from long distance, no coronas or the lights themselves. When you're in a pursuit, you can see cop cars coming from a distance with no lights but just reflections. Coronas only look good when you are close to a police vehicle, but from long distance they look stupid. EDIT: I notice this happened with ELS, and based on my research, it has something to do with LOD coronas? Why is that a problem for ELS, are there any fixes? Definetly makes me want to switch back to non-ELS

folders are: -mpapartment -mpbeach -mpvalentine1 -mpvalentine2 -patchday 3ng -patchday 5ng -mpluxe -mpluxe2 and .... Nothing in order

there are 15 folders, but they have different names.. they are not numbered. EDIT: I'm trying to find the recent patchday by the way

I remember seeing a thread where it showed where all the police cars are located at currently (the folders), in case if I wanted to replace a model. Can't find it using the search function. Anyone remember seeing this thread?

I've been gone for a while. Any updates if the lights issue are fixed ? or going to be fixed ? Talking about lights looking crappy and mild from a few yards away. It started happening after ELS came out, pretty much all the ELS vehicles have had this problem up until 4 weeks ago, I don't know if things have changed

I don't think you got what he says. The lights look beautiful when you're next to the car, nice coronas, nice and bright red and blue lights, looks pretty awesome. As you start to walk away from the car, the lights become milder and milder and look all washed out. No more shiny red and blue lights, no more coronas. Although the reflections are still there. You know how in real life you can see police lights from miles away, that's not the case with GTA V and the problem started after ELS came out. BxBuggs original LASD sheriff light looked so realistic from far away, it gave a great realism to LSPDFR. But now even his newest crown vic ELS version looks crappy, like the rest of them do from far away. Chases look stupid, all you see is reflections but no decent police lights actually shining. Anyone else agree with me on this? Or do I live in LaLa land LOL, if you can even see the cop car... the lights are on

Nice that someone else norices it. Looking at comments and reveiws, looks like no one cares. Although, everyone wants the game to feel realistic. It looks extremely unrealistic when you're in a chase, or times when other police cruisers are coming and all you see is red and blu reflections with no actual lights shining.... Until they get 10 ft away from you
