I remember seeing a thread where it showed where all the police cars are located at currently (the folders), in case if I wanted to replace a model. Can't find it using the search function. Anyone remember seeing this thread?

If you're replacing vehicles, it doesn't matter where the location is.  Just use the very newest patchday that has a vehicles.rpf.

The newest is the highest number, so 15.

there are 15 folders, but they have different names.. they are not numbered. 

 

EDIT: I'm trying to find the recent patchday by the way

They should all be named patchday and then a number.  Patchday15 is what you want.

This is in your mods folder, correct?

 

If so, in OpenIV, go to update/x64/dlcpacks.  Now, go into patchday15 and click "edit mode", you should see an option to copy that to the mods folder.

ooooo, I was in update/update/dlcpatch, so I was in a wrong folder.
