    Rename your mods folder to _mods, if that doesn't work and you have LML rename LML to _LML and vfs.dll to _vfs.dll.

    You need to load RPH once you're fully loaded in.

    Yeah, it's a bit of a wild callout, definitely an interesting one to fight against. He takes a while to kill but it's quite a fight once you find yourself in the middle of it.

    If you have a mods folder rename it to _mods, if you do not have a mods folder rename lml to _lml & vfs.dll to _vfs.dll

    The _ disables your folder. Therefore all of your cars will be vanilla. The best thing to do is remove the last car you installed since you have an invalid model. It seems like it could be the PoliceB model.

    Start by removing one of those cars you recently installed and see if your game works.

    Okay, the easiest way to fix this would be to start removing one mod at a time from your mods folder. Test your game after everything you remove.

    Delete Startup.rphs in your GTA folder then retry.

    Okay, rename ELS to _ELS and load GTA on it's own then launch RPH once you're in storymode.
