UPDATE: Restarted my PC and started from the clean install, running the game to test after each change. Clean running for the clean LSPDFR install, and then the EUP Law and Order, Server & Rescue and EUP Menu. I then installed Basic Configurations, at which point I loaded in, but the EUP Menu plugin would no longer load without blocking and being terminated by RAGE. I then tried to install the "LSPD Pack" by 11john11, at which point I started getting the above crash again when attempting to load the game. I'm going to attempt reverting the vehicles.meta file to see if that solves any issues, and also attempt to remove the dlcpack that is part of the installation. The pack description does also recommend Custom Gameconfig and Heap Limit Adjuster to avoid crashes, so I'll give them another go too.

Right now I don't have any of these 3 things, it's a clean LSPDFR install with just RAGE Plugin Hook and LSPDFR.

I've been attempting to get LSPDFR up and running on a clean install of GTAV. I started by running the auto-installer and I then ran RAGEPH with LSPDFR loaded and the game loaded fine. I also tested LSPDFR and I was able to get on duty and respond to callouts. I then exited the game and began installing the additional mods and plugins I was hoping to use. I started with LML, EUP, DLS & ELS. I then went on to install the vehicle packs referenced in the EUP Basic Config. When I then attempted to launch the game I was faced with an exception code "EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION". I tried a custom gameconfig, heap size modifier and other tweaks like this. I proceeded to get the issue. I attempted both disabling the mod folder and removing my .asi plugins, both to no avail. I then uninstalled LSPDFR, removed any non-vanilla files, verified my game cache and reinstalled LSPDFR. Launching the game vanilla loads me into story mode just fine, but I still crash when loading with RAGE. The crash report I am getting is below: I've also tried disabling Real-Time Protection from Windows Security, this has no effect either. If you require anymore information please do ask.
