    @Officer Here I did that, but the Tow Truck arrives and then is flat out broken. They are doing nothing, I tried that on multiple vehicles. I switched back to Stop The Ped, I have also heard that they abandoned this mod

    @BC9205 OMG It is so easy x_X I just went to the Character Editor and there are the Skins xD Thank you for pushing me in the right direction there! Problem Solved.

    @BC9205 So this is what I have, but I can't select anything in the Character Editor @Great Northwest Gaming I play with RDE on the newest Version of Legacy.
