.......is there a much easier way to remove it?

I think its unlocked, and its editing the car I downloaded. Its outsid3r4 texture for smokey8808 police interceptor. but how the do i get the lightbar removed?

I drove to the Dupage County Sheriff's Office in Wheaton. I walked into the Administration building next to the jail and went into the 2nd floor where you'll find a office and a lobby and ask them for a ride along. Unlike Naperville Police Department, your gonna have to write one paragraph why you want to ride along on the back of the application. Also, your gonna have to go back to the Dupage county sheriff's office at least twice just to make sure because they hardly pick up their phones and all. And yeah of course you can find a time when your free and they'll work it out for you.

I just talked with one of the COD cops. They sadly don't have ride alongs. Naperville (my hometown) will let you do a ride along for only 4 hours but have to stay in the car in all times. They are much better at scheduling and being responsible for ride alongs. Dupage County Sheriff, they'll let you ride along for 12 hours with a vest, and you have to get out of the car too to observe. They're not great at scheduling ride alongs. Don't schedule them on weekends. Heres one of the things that sucks though. They WONT allow you to film, but its better not to argue with them otherwise your ride along will be terminated and it will create a rocky relationship with the department even though there is no policy and laws on filming which is weird.

Dupage County, IL Sheriff I just did a ride along with a Dupage County Sheriff Deputy on July 26 in a 2009 Ford Crown Victoria with the newer LED bars. She was also playing the radio station too at the same time :D and yes I go to COD

College Of Dupage Police Department (I toke them myself)

Is there a way to disable the Gruppe Sech officers and disable the Stockades? I hate when they join the pursuits with their clumsy stockades plowing unrealistically through ppl and traffic. I also use traffic flow mod and it doesnt seem to put them away. Also in GTA IV multiplayer the regular LCPD officers patrol alderney and everywhere. Is there a way to disable state troopers in single player and let LCPD take over?

I live in Naperville Illinois, the Naperville Police Department had only 2 police shootings and no officers killed in the line of duty :D I rode along with them last week on Tuesday with a Sergeant. Felt incredible

Since the GTA TBOGT Police Stinger is based off the real life Bloomfield Hills Michigan Police Cadillac CTS-V and theres none really out there, I'm really requesting if someone did make it. Want the Police Stinger skin on the cadillac CTS-V.

Hehe well, I've been playing GTA IV for such a long time now maybe two years? I get curious at random things, yes I modded shitton of vehicles, character outfits, etc. many times but that was in the past. I'm a GTA IV player who likes to keep their vanilla. I would really want the vanilla skin but I highly doubt I won't really want it in a few weeks. But to give you a heads up, I'm sure theres alot of people like me out there who would want it and likely would want to go back to it in the future incase i get bored, so I guess just publish the download.

Yeah just convert all vanilla police cars to ELS

Hey guys, Are there any non-ELS converted to ELS for Police Cruiser, Police Patrol, Noose Cruiser, Noose Patriot, Police Buffalo, Police Stinger, Police Bike, Noose Stockade, Police Stockade? I don't want the edited skins, just want to keep the vanilla skins. I only found 3 of the vanillas so far.

Just fixed it, u just have to wait a lil while bring up the phone than edit graphic settings and it will return to normal

Hey guys this is weird, when I install GTA IV, I put the icenhancer mod first and it works fine. But when I install LCPDFR, the in-game is completely blank and the audio can only be heard when your trying to play the game. Anyone knows how to fix this interference?

Hey guys, I am using Custo's More Vehicle Mod in GTA IV, I use the Police Stinger (police4) in regular GTA IV game. Its the only mod and LCPDFR 1.0 I have; I have no other mods. Because it is supported by the Presidente (PRES) car model, it doesn't make it a valid police vehicle I cannot pullover and transport suspects. I want the Police Stinger to be valid, I don't need the police computer I only want the pullover and transport script. NVM Topic Solved, I used additonalcopcar models in LCPDFR.ini added police4 AND IT GIVES ME THE POLICE COMPUTER!! NVM

My PC is very high end pc. It was customed builded myself over black friday. Heres my specs: Intel i7 4770k overclocked to 4.4Ghz Maximus VI Hero (I had extreme but it was a waste of money, it only adds more PCI slots for video cards and unnecessary accessories.) 32 GB of 2400mHz RAM Two AMD Radeon 7970s crossfired (I'm getting the AMD Radeon R9 its on its way shipping) 1300W Power Supply Samsung SSD that was 500MB read speed? Total was $2200 Just to let you know, GTA IV still doesnt work perfectly since its horribly optimized for PC. FPS is way much higher than my previous PC but its pretty unstable I get around 60-80FPS on very high settings with icEnhancer. Without the icEnhancer I get an insane 120-150 fps. Mods I have is SNT, LCPDFR. Try going high end if you have the time and money.

When I have icenhancer, why does the FPS go down to 40 fps? Is that normal -_-
