hey guys, its really annoying and i had it for a long time its a very bothersome. When GTA IV is only installed with SNT 6.5 without any other mods its fine but when i install LCPDFR with SNT, I had getting those shaking hands even when i go through a list of SNT and when i press 0 to go back it does that. Dis is also what happens too when i press 0 numpad. Anyway to fix this annoying long time problem

I'm probably upgrading my computer to a whole new better hardware.....i wouldn't guarantee that it will go away since such high complaints of stuttering on high end computers. I got two ATI Radeon 4800 series cards that i have not used for almost a year one 4870 and the other 4850? can i at least crossfire them and see what happens?

Yeah my AMD catalyst control center is up to date its display driver ver 12.104, amd catalyst application profiles 13.5. I have other games on the computer. I have several games, combat arms, league of legends, la tale and maple story. Maplestory and latale works perfectly fine but league of legends and combat arms are also affected by it. Since I owned the game I created a GTA IV backup file on steam, ive backed it a million times since i put some mods on GTA IV. This is very serious and its definitely like finding a cure for this "stuttering" texture. I use Memturbo 6 full version i got for free and it really doesn't help at all

you don't know those sharp edges or like small black triangles that come out of the edge of the car or building? do you see that black line coming across the street from the lamp on top of my car? I should make a video but it has to be taken from my iphone 5

hey guys, gta iv has really came a long way for me its a brilliant game ive own it for about 9-10 months now from steam when it was $4.99 back then. I've always been tryiing to find a solution until now to stop stuttering. I have a high end pc like other ppl performance is great its just those sharp edges that will stick out on random stuff like nikos hands, weapons, buildings. I actually fixed it with -windowed command but i want to have a full screen experience without any stuttering. Yep, I definitely did had trouble working with ELS 7 at first but heres the biggest thing that will not make you hold down the button. Change hotkeys!! I changed the default button J into delete key, read the user guide your have to change numbers. Go into the ELS.ini file and replace 74 with 46, reading the els 7 guide it will tell u the numbers of the hot keys. I did had frustrating trouble at first i thought my ELS was glitched and all turns out everything is correct and i'm enjoyinng els 7 trust me you'll get it in a couple days

So guys you still here? I found out its LCPDFR interfering with the carrythxd's v4 car mods. I want to use LCPDFR with carrythxd car mods badly any suggestion? The car mods work with the simple native trainer and icenhancer but after i install LCPDFR i get stuck on the infinite laoding screen. traffic density has to do with traffic not graphics?

I know that in GTA IV multiplayer you can adjust the traffic to none, low, medium, and high. I want to have the option on single player too since i get annoyed of pileups when i pullover a car. Any way to adjust in singleplayer?

Also, trying to call backup noose or police support becomes disabled, the police computer returns to the GTA IV original police computer. Right after that happens, it crashes sometimes. Yep guys I fixed it problem solved I'm using a mac keyboard on windows 7 so something is not right with the j buttons including my other mac keyboard i tried so i reassign the hotkeys to my keypad work is done IM enjoying ELS 7

I finally got the primary buttons. You have to hold alt + j? tap j 3 times and hold it? its so difficult for some reason, i need an easier way to work with it
