so guys i reinstalled everything carefully and i think its working fine since i was playing around and getting familiar with controls but is there a PRML key? just want to reassure What the primary key? the lighting windows does open when i press ctrl + m.

hey guys so I followed exactly what the ELS 7 video on YouTube and installed it correctly. But I have a problem. My primary lights won't work for some reason. Is there a mod out there that will import weapons from tbogt and the lost and the damned into gta iv itself? I have Custo's mod of more vehicles which I like but I want weapons Is there any mods out there in the internet that will give more the expansion pack weapons into gta iv itself?

Hey guys, wanna figure out so for example if you play as a police officer and after you choose your partner, his assigned a crappy pistol. I mean is there a way to put assault rifles or shotguns on your partner using spark? I'm using the NoOse Helipilot model and my partner is assigned a crappy pistol and I only want to assign him the semi-automatic shotgun Anyone know how to assign them weapons using Spark IV?

Yeah my model got messed up, luckily I have a backup. So I know about renaming it so how do I put the helmet on the replaced noose pilot? Alright so I did it. I need to make the nhelipilot the main spawning noose. And the nhelipilot models need weapons besides a pistol

hey guys, is there anyway or a mod to make noose hold the weapon with two hands besides one hand. My ped.ide is edited into cop, all I need is him to make him hold the weapon with two hands. I've also used the noose helipilot for a while, thing is I don't like his helmet so i took it off and my partner is pretty bugged while he would turn his gun and shoot the cops sometimes. Also, his only armed with a pistol he needs more firewpower.... Any ideas?

Hey guys, it was the first time using LCPDFR yesterday. So I do Vigilante missions involving gang actvities I call alot of police, noose, and air support back up and mark the gangs a wanted level with 3 key. After 3 or more vigilantes the game crashes I'm using LCPDFR 0.95RC2 and is it stability problems? I got my GTA IV from Steam and also my product key code doesn't work for the windows live so I had to download a xlive.dll. I ran GTA IV under admin too here are my specs Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit OCZ Revodrive X2 ATI Radeon 5970 Intel i7 Extreme Edition 24 GB of RAM ASUS Motherboard P6X58D Premium Xtreme Design Liquid Cooler My RevoDrive X2 came in yesterday it was a replacement so the drive is brand all the files new too, all up to date with Windows Update. Do you guys have any problem with the product key when you try to type it in?

Hey guys, I just got GTA IV from steam two days ago. When I press Play, it won't start. At first I thought it was a compatibility problem, it was running on Windows 8 Pro. So I decided to install it on my other computer which is a Windows Vista Ultimate it also won't start? What is the problem?
