DESCRIPTION
A large pack featuring replacement and addon vehicles for various San Andreas law enforcement agencies, alongside a minor map edit of the Davis LSSD station.

This pack has been in development for more than 3 years,
almost every model has high quality assets made from scratch by me and my friends
(from lightbars, to interior equipment, custom rims, pushbars, etc.)
this ensures a fresh and consistent look for all included content,
which makes the pack stand out in the sea of lore friendly emergency vehicle mods.

Not all planned agencies are featured yet, and some current ones lack vehicle variety,
but this will be adressed in future updates.

INSTALLATION
1. Start OpenIV.
2. Navigate to the 'mods' folder
3. Move the provided "11john11_sapo_pack" folder inside: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Locate 'dlclist.xml': mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
5. Add the following line to the bottom: dlcpacks:/11john11_sapo_pack/

Note that this pack makes use of the new siren shader Rockstar Games
introduced on police cars from recent DLC.
If your lights are barely visible make sure following values are present in the visualsettings.dat:
(located in: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

You can increase the "on" values if you feel that your lights are too dim, I recommend a value around 750 for day & night

This is a simple script that is based on ragehook to make cars move over when only having your emergency lights running not your siren
no keys because it works as a standalone script what I basically mean is it doesn't need any user interaction it does everything by itself
I am trying to enhance the "default" without script behavior so the pullover behavior or "move over" behavior is improved because to be honest when I play the game every time I get to a crowded area in gta v I keep crashing into people because they don't move over correctly.
So I guess the gist of what I am trying to say is be respectful, don't say the obvious everyone knows this works without a script by default in gta v.

extract the dll file from the zip file using 7-zip or winrar or whatever and then copy the dll file to your plugins folder to here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\general\Grand Theft Auto V\plugins and that is where you place the dll file to make this script work If you have your game on any other drive replace the C:\ part with your drive you have the game on. To Date as of 8/23/2023 there has only been one lesser known antivirus named "Ikarus" that has even thought this plugin is a virus/trojan which it is not and is only due to the extreme protection settings set in the .Net Framework Obfuscator used to protect the software/plugin that causes this.

Contains my SUPERFIX file which fixes any issue you ever had (flipping, disappearing car, handling, audio sound, etc) with the slot/car you are trying to use. That way you can use anybody car from here on out as long as it fits in that slot. People has contacted me so many times how to fix this and that even with other Devs cars. So I created the SUPERFIX to fix the slot completely so you can use anybody car in the future without issues.
 
 
Non ELS/FiveM vehicles are still a WIP and will slowly continue to be released. Non ELS models haven't been released on Patreon yet.
 
Before anyone start complaining these are either old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds just with a new look. I have great supporters on Patreon and they get a lot of exclusive stuff so I thought it would be cool especially before Christmas to release them. How many different mods do you have in your game just for realistic Charges, Citations, Search Items, and Questions? Probably more than one, right? I thought so. Would you like to have just one? Then look no further than EmberXMLs! If your not already convinced, then read on to see all the amazing things that EmberXMLs can do for your game!

This mod currently has over 150 hours put into its creation, and is a direct replacement for all 7 XML files currently utilized by Bejoijo's Stop The Ped, and Compulite mods.
 
I intend for EmberXMLs to be the #1 Mod for XML replacements. This mod promises you realistic and immersive gameplay at every turn. Every interaction with the citizens of San Andreas will feel unique, and drive better, more fulfilling, and more open roleplay.

But enough talk about the paint job, lets take a look under the hood. Inspired by the countless other XML mods on the open market, EmberXMLs is designed to take the best ideas, improve upon them to make them even better, and then compile them into one, easy to use, clean, and organized mod. Just look at these features:
A Highly Advanced firearm registration/detection system1 Little to no bloat No outrageous search items Nearly every well know drug, and its terminology is used 3D printed 'ghost' guns are now a problem in San Andreas Piece together evidence for more charges based on items found during searches A comprehensive seatbelt check system, with dialogue included A comprehensive Commercial Vehicle Enforcement System, where you can check CDL status, log books, manifests, etc. Civilians show respect in their responses for the most part, not every citizen is instantly rude to you Hunting/Fishing/Wildlife charges, citations, search items, and dialogue, Park Ranger patrols just got more real Charge and Citation tags, to more easily identify Misdemeanors, Felonies, Arrestable Citations, and Warnings

Overview
 
Guns, guns, and more guns! What would San Andreas be without guns? Peaceful! However, guns run rampant in San Andreas, and now more than ever. Take a look at some of the awesome things about my Firearm System.
Nearly every in-game gun can be found in vehicles/on civilians Guns that are full auto, will always return scratched, since their illegal anyway The gun item will tell you whether the pedestrian is open carrying or concealing the firearm The gun item will tell you if the gun is in the open or hidden in a vehicle 3D printed guns have made their way to San Andreas, these guns are untraceable, and illegal regardless Attachments for guns such as homemade silencers can be found when searching (more to be added)

With how advanced this system is, I want to go over the different tags you might find on firearms you recover during a search.
Visible - (In Vehicle/On Person) This means the gun should be assumed to be in plain site, such as open carry, or on the passenger seat, etc. Concealed - (On Person Only) This means the gun should be assumed to have been hidden, concealed in a holster, waistband, etc. Hidden - (In Vehicle Only) This is the equivalent of concealed, but for in a car, assume the gun is hidden in the glovebox, center console, under seat, etc. Scratched - (In Vehicle/On Person) This means the firearms serial number has been scratched off, the gun can not be traced TRC - (In Vehicle/On Person) Short for TRACEABLE, this is the tag I use to denote a gun that can be checked via StopThePed (requires STP setting change to work!)
Future Plans
In depth vehicle observation system, notice things like burnt out lights, flat tires, leaking fluids, driver talking on phone, screwdriver in ignition, etc. when on a traffic stop (will require you to click a menu button, like how the seatbelt check works An included (bundled or optional) Offenses.xml file to expand the realism of ThruZZd's Basic Parking Enforcement mod A rework to fix spelling, grammar, and punctuation issues A possible rename to something like RealiSIM XMLs A system for undercover firearm sting operations YOU DECIDE!
Notes/Warnings/Help
 
You MUST follow the readme for the Comprehensive Firearm System to work properly! Failure to do so will cripple the system, and allow for guns that shouldn't be traceable to be checked via Stop The Ped!
 
There is NO such thing as a warrant charge, when you arrest a person who has a warrant they get arrested for the crime that their warrant is for. Warrant charges will NEVER be added, it is not realistic.
 
Anything from the PedAnswers file (white text when talking to a pedestrian on foot) will result in a message stating it is disable, you MUST use the custom questions.

This is a file mod, adding this mod will NOT cause game crashes, if this mod has a problem, you just won't see anything listed when you open the question the ped menu, or the Compulite charges or citations menu, if you made any changes to the XML files here, I am NOT responsible for helping you, revert your changes, or check your file with an online XML validator to find out what you did wrong.

What is Roleplay Expanded (RP-X)?
 
Roleplay Expanded is a project for LSPDFR that uses Bejoljo's 'StopThePed' and 'CompuLite' mods.
It is a mix of questions, charges, citations and items that all come together to create a new immersive role play experience for LSPDFR in the RP-X project!
All of these additions are designed to work together in order to make each interaction an interesting and varied experience.
 
What are some features of Roleplay Expanded (RP-X)?
 
Well firstly... color coded charges! See at a glance if you're dealing with a convicted felon by their arrest records!
 
Some crimes can be a misdemeanor or a felony. Documentation manuals are ready and waiting to help you decide what you should charge that suspect with.
 
You're not going to find any items here that will just tell you if they're stolen or not. You'll have to ask questions and figure out if a crime has been committed.
 
Wait... did that suspect just swallow a baggie!? That'll be a charge of tampering with evidence for them. And a ride in an ambulance!
 
The badge looks real, and when confronted about it he says he's actually working in law enforcement. It's time to call up "his agency" and check!
Just by simply possessing the badge doesn't mean he's impersonating a cop. You'll have to investigate in order to get to the bottom of this one.
 
The same goes for that expensive watch you just found on that last suspect. Is it really theirs? Questioning them about it might even give you a confession of guilt!
 
Do you have probable cause to search that vehicle? Can you smell narcotics or notice something that makes you suspicious?
If not you'll have to ask for the driver's permission. If they don't give you consent, maybe you'll call for a K9 unit to sniff around the vehicle.
It may be tempting to search every vehicle, but you need to follow the correct procedure officer!
 
With a newly designed narcotics system, they will come in three 'weight' categories. "Light", "Medium" and "Heavy".
 
If you catch someone with a light amount they'll get a possession charge. 
But if they also have a bunch of money or empty baggies on them. Then maybe you'll try and push that up to a distribution charge? It's your call.
 
Medium will be distribution. That paper bag filled with baggies and all that cash? It's not going to be a simple possession charge that's for sure!
 
Heavy will be a trafficking charge. Those blocks of powder on the back seat turned out to be a Schedule I narcotic, and they're worth some serious money, and serious time!
And they were also coming in from out of state and had DOA/DEA agents arrest them to boot? The prosecutor will be going for a Federal Trafficking charge!
 
Also.... Who is it you're talking to exactly?

Are you speaking with a gang member? Someone you've just arrested? A witness?
Multiple lines of dialogue to make each encounter unique!
 
What is it that you're speaking about?

Are you demanding an explanation from the driver for what you've just found in their vehicle search?
Are you making a call to see if that person has a valid prescription for those pills as they claim?
Are you asking that DUI suspect why they were driving in the first place? 
Are you telling someone you're entitled to search their vehicle because of their probation conditions? 
Are you asking that person why they have a police badge and ID in their vehicle?
Are you telling the person to get in your vehicle so that you can take them off the highway?
Are you asking a witness if they need you to call them a cab home?
Are you asking that driver why they decided it was a good idea to smash through a fence when you were pulling them over?
Or are you just telling them to pick a better place next time?

This is a 2014 Tahoe, Inspired by the Washington State Patrol! This mod has three variants, Whelen Ultra freedom, Whelen Edge 9000, Whelen Liberty with Whelen Dominator. The vehicle, feature take down and alley lights. All credits belong to the CREATORS of the assets i used to bring this vehicle to life!! 
 
How to install:
Open iv/mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/policeold1 or whatever police vehicle you decide to replace.

All i did was scale and move all assets I used on the vehicle or inside.
ELS lighting on vehicle was made to work properly by me.
I removed both side door trim package. 
SASP(WSP) livery edited by me to fit the 2014 Tahoe.
