Mmm, to me, I wouldn't say good.....it is likely to cause crashes after 30-45 minutes of gameplay since it is also related to your system Fan.
Go to the Graphics card manufacturer and get the tuning program.
If it's ATI get the catalyst driver it has a fan speed controller.
Nvidia has one called Ntune
If your fan is dead get a zalman heatsink/fan to replace it.
If your are experiencing more problems, you might just want to try this:
Take the side cover off and check if the CPU fan is operating.
You may need to replace it. TURN of the POWER and unplug.
While you have the cover off check that the Heat sink is not full of dust and dirt,If it is remove the fan,remove the heat sink Give it a good clean.When you reinstall make sure you use new heat sink paste between your CPU and the heat sink.
Replacement fans are not expensive and are a lot cheaper than a new CPU.
