  1. Well, that's true, but really, nobody would actually care if there is a Rat or chicken in BF/MW3. People wouldn't know, that's why they just added it in. But NEO, where did you found that at? Lol.
  2. Well try to have a Rockstar Account, and instead of pressing 'Play Offline', press 'Play'. Have a Rockstar account first though.
  3. Rockstar does have surverys and have the players have input on it. But you know, GTA is GTA. They won't change it how we shoot people and things like such. It's just how it works and its how us players like it...
  4. Oh are they? Well seems like this Community is just starting.
  5. Aha. Well it looks like that will happen in GTA V. Where there will be country side and other places base off of SA and GTAIV mixed.
  6. Well, count me in! If you guys have a website, please let me know about it! I Love designing so maybe I can help or moderate the website for you guys!
  7. Well that won't change hehe. As for Battlefield 3 Back in Karkand they voted NO to civilians in the game. They were debating whether they should or shouldn't have civilians running in BF3. But they don't and they say just go to GTA for that kind of 'crap'. Well, here we have it. The gaming of this won't stop. There's no law out there that say we can't. And if there is, it will just be blocked from some countries...
  8. Oh, that just brightens up my knowledge of screenshotting lol....
  9. Great to hear it, i'll be looking forward to 'em!
  10. All true statements. Civilian Dodge are a bit weak, I had rented one when my car was in fix, so they gave me a Dodge Charger, and ah, well it just couldn't speed up on the hill....I don't see why a police can't outrank that......
  11. Well I would second suggest only 1GB if your using 1 monitor. No need for 2. Also the HP.
  12. Hahaha. Well who knows, GTA V uses the same engine as GTAIV...
  13. Oh really? But wouldn't it be a mix with ELS causing it to crash and causing certain errors?
  14. This is very interesting. Looking forward to it Sam!
  15. Oh sweet then. Best mods.
  16. Ah, I see now.
  17. Welcome to LCPDFR Forums Anddos! Well, to start off, you have to finish a mission, and save it first. You need a save game to even start to go around the city by yourself. If it still doesn't work as you said twhen you go into the red marker, then read the Support Guidelines here. This is really common sense if your a long time GTAIV player.
  18. Pretty extreme. Did you get the CVPI off of Gtapolicemods.com? From Bxbugs?
  19. And also try reading the Support Guidelines for more help if you haven't already done so.
  20. The police and police 2 don't really work well with ELS for some computers. It causes more crashes like maybe what happened to yours. Try just modding the fbi slot.....and see how that works. If it does work and no crashes, than it should definitely be the police and police2 modded cars.
  21. Here are the Support Guidelines
  22. Hahahaha, refers to what Break said. Lol.
  23. Hehe, no problem. Glad it helped you. :)
  24. Ahh, your looking for a model, well in that case, there are 0 founded. There aren't models in the mid 90's. Although I just suggest you can use a caprice. It's somewhat similar, but that's the best I can find for you.
  25. That's not necessary, the folder was just a 'readme' so thats why it didn't load.
