So you went to get more rams, but they couldn't install any more, ah I see now...if that is the case, then what did you uninstall? Anything old? Have you tried any other games? Do those games work? If they do, then you might of uninstalled some programs that was related to GTAIV running......

Wait, wouldn't it be a mix match if we tried to replace that? Kneeling officers to Standing up? Walking motion might be a little off?

You had more rams installed? What were they? Can you list me your system specs? Such as Processor, Current Ram, Video Card etc....

Oh the one to replace the kneeling noose officers while selecting the character? I tried, couldn't find any so far.....

Aha, well GTA V might have those, but I do agree with Tom H at the top how it will may be in cut-scenes.....but otherwise, I don't think there would be pets in V....

From what I see, I think it's a no. I try to look at the FirstRespone file with all the controls, and I couldn't find nothing to put it as a 0 or False.....but I did found a Section that was MaxNumberOfWorldEvents = 2...in the FirstResponse File.....you can try that...maybe it will change some things....

Are those road texture mods? Can you tell me where to get 'em? :D

I would recommend Music only. Like no singing. Since older folks hates the rapping and things, like sad music or dramtic epic music....you know?

Ohh lol. Yeah, I was confused by that too. So, looks like you'll be using TrafficFlow. That goes into your Scripts folder. Put the 2 files of TrafficFlow, and Trafficflow.net.dll into there.

Wait what? What do you mean just throw it into place? TrafficFlow is into your Scripts. And TrafficLoad is into your Directory. It's what Justin posted above.

Ah, well it doesn't take a lot of space. It should be fine to use with your PC.

Do you have Traffic Flow yet? I thought I saw you did........This seems like from High-poly cars like JAM said. I saw your last video, and you had a modded car, maybe a few more...that could be the cause....

Do you have high-poly cars installed? Did you try changing the skins of some of the cars? Texture missing, that's mainly cause by high-poly cars / Mods. But if your vehicles are not loading, then it's probably because you change the skin of it and it couldn't load the car throughout correctly....

Nice cruiser. Have you tried using visualsettings yet? It brightens up your flashing lights. It comes with the ELS V6 archive. You can place it in your Directory. It makes the flashing lights brighter and more realistic.......
