Just open the texture up and put a 21 on the roof, i'll be honest, not everyone (such as myself) takes requests, so your better off to learn on your own as you can wait a long time, if no one want's to do it, that's why i started texturing, cause i know what i want and what the results are going to be. That van in my profile pic, took months before anyone would do it.

Didn't the mafia originate in italy? Capone used to use the Halifax Harbour to import his good's :P wouldn't it nake sense to have Organized Crime Units for high profile mafia?

Sadly, there is not, i too snagged a DL of James2012's 2012 Chevy Caprice, no template with it.

Don't forget to close ANY programs that are used for modding IV, it's a pain in the ass more then anything cause it takes 10 years for the game to load again, it happens though.

The one in the pic you provided they still use which is a Code 3 Javelin, but they also use Whelen Edge 9000M Strobe but have almost completely started using Federal Signal Legend, very few in Manitoba have Whelen Liberty as probably 95% of provinces here in Canada have converted to Federal Signal, i would love to see a '91-'94 Caprice with a Javelin on it, probably won't use it unless it's ELS though. -

You can get low FPS if any of your settings are too high, it's not just vehicle density.

They aern't really unmarked, they have Stealth Stripes onanother note, what's with all the request's for O.P.P vehicles all of a sudden?

Man if that was ELS i would make a "Halifax Police Service" texture the OLD version of the Halifax Regional Police, but nice as always strike
