Slimory Members September 18, 201213 yr Author stats The one in the pic you provided they still use which is a Code 3 Javelin, but they also use Whelen Edge 9000M Strobe but have almost completely started using Federal Signal Legend, very few in Manitoba have Whelen Liberty as probably 95% of provinces here in Canada have converted to Federal Signal, i would love to see a '91-'94 Caprice with a Javelin on it, probably won't use it unless it's ELS though.
