As a licensed Security Officer in the state of California... (Sad I know) I am allowed to open carry while on duty, or while heading to a range as long as I have my permits and credentials. I love the idea of open and concealed carry. An armed society is a polite society.

First and foremost, I must say, in that video I saw excellent police work. As stated above the POS used his vehicle as a Deadly Weapon, against an innocent civilian. The POS after crashing his vehicle decided to foot bail, and he turned his back to the officers which is not a crime, but in this case when they can not see your hands, and you point your hand or something at them, in fear of their life, they may use lethal force. As for the legality of it, Law Enforcement MAY use lethal force to apprehend a fleeing Felon, even if it means shooting in their back. As for the person who said taser is effective at 25 yards, have you ever even used a taser, or know anything about it besides LCPDFR? The X26 (what LAPD uses) has a range of 35ft MAX(depending on cartridge) Most Law Enforcement uses about 15-20FT. not 25 Yards... Also, this POS was intoxicated which depending on how intoxicated or if under the influence of narcotics severely weakens the effect or even nullifies the effect of a taser. You would think as a Law Enforcement community, we would actually respect Law Enforcement Officers, instead of calling them "PIGGIES". As for the person who said about not caring for the people who were hit, first things first, in EMS and Law Enforcement. SCENE SAFTEY/ OFFICER SAFTEY. EMS will not even arrive if the scene is not clear.This shooting was Justified, end of story. I hate people who can sit back and Monday morning quarterback it. You were not there in that situation, you don't know, and most of you will never be in that situation.

still no luck... I have the most up to date .net framework. all C== redistrubtables, scripthookDotNet 1.7.1.7 and the Scripthook mentioned above. I have GTA IV not eflc, so it should work... but it keeps crashing. I even took out all of my other scripts (except for lcpdfr), any ideas?

I'm having an issue, I have installed parts of the community pack, PersistantPersons, EverthingCar and the FoodMod. I keep getting errors in the scripts in which they crash on start up in the lobby. I installed the scripts correctly as the read me says. My scripthook and redistrubitables are all up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Gunner
