I think it's just a compatibility issue. You SHOULD be launching from the folder. (Right click launch gta icon and run as administrator.) I'm not 100% sure as to why that improves stability, but it does and you'll see people talking about that when people are having issues launching the game. Secondly, if you're wanting to take screenshots/video you can always download another program, such as fraps. There's plenty of free and paid programs that work well.

    This!
Watch, in 1000 years, children will be studying in schools how humans of our generation used to believe in mythical creatures like God and angels. Of how fanatical beliefs took control of our society.

The same way of how children are now studying how people believed in dragons and mummies.

On a side note, my personal belief is that aliens boned monkeys and that's how we humans were created. I mean seriously, we are so vastly intelligent compared to other animals on Earth.

Here's why I don't like religion being brought into MY life, why I don't like people putting their beliefs where they don't belong. I wanted to believe in god, I wanted to enjoy these "gifts" everyone would talk about. Then I learned that people believe something so tainted by mankind. "LOVE EVERYONE!" Except these people those people and oh yeah, don't forget them. If I was made in gods image, he would honestly have to be a little bit gay. Well that's the logical thinking but unfortunately people are so blinded by an outdated book of stories. Most of which can be interpreted a million and one ways.

I don't believe that god said let there be light and all of that jazz. Science has proof and is willing to continue to back it. If you're not an extremist I suggest you study and read up on a few things. Check out evolution, that's a pretty cool one!

You didn't actually come back with anything groundbreaking when it came to number 3. Like I said, exact names and dates and then I'll believe it.

If you're willing to say that gays shouldn't be able to marry in the name of god then you ARE in fact judging. Whether you can see it or not. I'm sure quite a few could tell you the same. Say I marry in a church under the name of god, wouldn't it be between ME and GOD. Wouldn't I have to find out later on whether or not it was okay? Is me getting married to another man going to crumble your beliefs?

Also, complete avoidance and some rambling on number 5 and yes gays are thrown into your mix of sins. You've also changed your thought son sin a few times now. Just a heads up.

I would like to have faith, however I won't follow someone who doesn't love me 100%. I wouldn't follow someone who would condemn a soul for something like sexuality.

Not once did I say you're an extremist or a 'normal' christian.

Also, your post is semi offensive, at least to me. Because once again I'm being told that because of who I love I'm a sinner and also this is sorta a bad time for a gay joke...

But on a side note I'd like to attempt to end this. Me and you are on completely different spectrum's when it comes to beliefs and I know from experience that neither of us are going to budge on our beliefs. I wouldn't want either of us to leave with a bad taste in our mouth. I do respect you for having faith and believing in God, however equality is something I'm very passionate about and I will fight for it. One way or the other, this isn't the way to fight for it. Just remember that your words can be harmful and with LGBT youth already feeling attacked, it's not good to add to the problem. We loose to many good kids to suicide as it is. As a final thought to @newyorkswat, I've studied the bible and I've practiced many religions. Perhaps you could take a step in someone else's shoes and expand your mind because "life without knowledge is death in disguise".

1 more contradiction. This ones quite common though.

You can't say you have NOTHING against gays and then go on to say they shouldn't be equal to you.

You do realize you've contradicted yourself multiple times throughout this post, right?

"The Bible is a book about how to live life" I've never met anyone who truly lives by it.

"I feel has all the answers you can think of." So why don't you have an answer to whether or not it was changed.

"The bibles have predict evens that no other bibles can!" Incorrect my friend. Not only that but no prediction has been made in the bible. Unless it has EXACT dates and names, it was not a prediction, just a coincidence

"It's not our jobs to judge" You do realize you're statement on gay marriage is judging, correct?

"Now look crazy storms, earthquakes, animals dieing out, more sick crimes" That sounds like the cycle the earth goes through numerous times, animals are dying out because of humanity and more sick crimes? There was a time when chopping someones head off was a public event. So many murders and what not have been in the name of god.

"this world is going to trash and its not getting better!" Well clearly, but I can assure you, legalizing gay marriage isn't going to speed up the process.

"remember again God is love and have mercy on us" If he is love why are so many people hateful in the name of religion? It's not very godlike of you.

"I hope this answers it" It's literally answered nothing.

I'm sure I could dig farther in and continue to list parts of your post that are completely irrelevant but I don't care THAT much.

As someone who was adopted by a gay couple, I can tell you that concerns over excessive bullying (at least for me) are somewhat unfounded. I have never once been teased, bullied or otherwise inconvenienced because I have two mothers. Most of my friends actually thought that was awesome. Of course, I live in California, so results may vary.

From that, their isn't really any evidence that gay couples are worse parents, and there is some evidence pointing to them being better parents. Why? Because a heterosexual couple's only requirement to have a child is forgetting a condom. A homosexual couple has to be reviewed by the state when they decide they are ready for a child, and then can adopt one.

And on the religious argument, I'm sorry, but trying to determine public policy on a small section of Leviticus is ridiculous. I have a feeling that a law banning the kindling of fire on Sunday, shaving of ones sideburns, or legally mandated circumcision wouldn't go down too well, and all of those things are in Leviticus.

The issue is relevant in many western countries, it certainly comes up at least once a year here in Denmark with priests both supporting and fighting against gay marriage in the Church of Denmark. It's not a debate that is restricted to the US alone so the debate on here will reflect that the situations are different and there may be other options.

I believe that every part of the bible shouldn't be taken literally, I read it ten or so years ago though so my memory may be spotty on exactly what it says.
Jesus accepted everyone, he healed the ill and fed the poor. He parted the sea and walked though the desert.

We as humans are very much like Jesus, we can heal the poor in hospitals, we can feed the poor though welfare and we can part waters by building bridges or tunnels or even by flying or sailing, we can also be tolerant and accepting of other people.

Taking a book written centuries ago is not going to work in modern society as we're vastly different than we were back then, a lot of people criticise Islam for taking the Quran too literal so Christians shouldn't take the Bible too literal.

To me there's no difference between radical Muslims and radical Christians, both are extremists and they are not what everyone of that religion believes is right.

I'm indifferent when it comes to religion, I do not need it in my life so I choose to not partake in any specific religion. However I have no issue with religion as a concept or any specific religions.

Gotta love the government favoring their beliefs only but on topic mostly everyone has good points.

In my opinion, gay people have every right to be together just as much as male and female. We're suppose to be created equal which means male/female can love another male/female without having to feel guilty or offended by other people. On the religion side, if I'm not a Christian, then I shouldn't have to follow Christian beliefs, simple as that. First amendment gives me the right to practice anything I want and also states that the government cannot favor any religion when passing laws. Now, I do know that only applies to federal government but I believe some states have even placed that first amendment into their own states constitution. God may have created all of us, but the founding fathers created America and later a constitution was established to protect the American people from being controlled by the government (which as you can tell, that's not really working out). They did not plan it to be like this but it's us Americans that led it to where it is now.

Remember the golden rule as a kid "Treat others the way you wish to be treated". Can you believe they taught you that in grade school and told you to follow it every day but yet when you get out in the real world, you see that nobody follows it hardly. Homosexuals should be treated with the same respect as a person who is straight. If you were in that persons shoes (I know, I know, "I wouldn't be in their shoes") but let's imagine you in their shoes, would you really want to be treated as if you were the worst people on earth because you love another same sex person. It's a simple answer, no, you wouldn't. There are a lot of people who have to live in fear because they are gay or lesbian. That's not right. The only time someone should be in fear is if they are getting attacked, harassed, robbed, etc. by criminals or gang bangers. Those are the real enemies yet everyone directs their attention on same sex marriages/relationships.

In conclusion, Let's focus on the real problems in this country except whether a man/man or female/female should be able to get married.
(I'll probably have more later to add if discussion continues but right now, it's bedtime).

**EDIT** Oh, real quick also on the adopting... It doesn't matter who the parents are, as long as the child is being raised in the proper way he/she should be raised. Single parents have a struggle with raising kids but the kids learn to stay by his/her parent's side all the way. There will always be disagreements but it's life, we all move past them. I didn't go to my parents to discuss things about life, I went up to my high school teacher of four years because he acted more of a parent figure than my stepdad or mom. He taught me a lot of stuff later in life that I should of been taught when I was younger. Looked after me and gave advice when I needed it. So I'm pretty positive that a male/male or female/female would be fully capable of raising a child as long as he/she is raised with the guidance of a parent figure.

I think homosexuals should be allowed to be just as miserable as all of the married heterosexuals. But on a more serious note, the bible has no place in deciding American law (to which I assume we are discussing).
Yes, the bible says no homosexuals, but the bible also says that we cannot cut our hair (Leviticus 19:27), to which has been redefined in the different revisions of the text (http://biblehub.com/leviticus/19-27.htm). Just to continue on this for one more point, the bible bans contraception (condoms, the pill, ect.), and lets be honest, how many of us would be jolly well f#$%ed without them.
I would also like to bring up Canada, which legalized homosexual marriage in 2003, and there have been no rioting in the streets (well except when the Bruins won the Stanley Cup against Vancouver). Or to make the same point from a different perspective, interracial marriage was in the same hot seat once upon a time, and now it is a subject in common place media (Lake View Terrance for example).

Moral of my post is I support homosexual marriage that there are no strong arguments (that I have seen) against it.
Oh, and to clarify, I'm not trying to bible bash or disrespect anybody here (except maybe Canucks fans lol). All I wanted to do was use the same type of counter argument to the religious points.

OK, that last bit is just wrong. Karyotypes aren't a matter of debate. There are literally humans with those arrangements of chromosomes. Yeah, X and Y aren't genes. They're chromosomes. Turns out, we actually know quite a lot about chromosomes. And each of those karyotypes has been observer in real patients. Before you pull out biology, 1) explain why it's relevant (I *did* read the thread, and still don't see why genetics determining physical sex somehow proves that sexual orientation is a choice), and 2) actually learn the biology.

I don't think it's fair to say "fuck the Bible". I'm not Christian, nor do I follow any faith officially, but I don't think it's alright to slander an entire belief system. I too disagree with many things in the Bible, but if people choose to believe it then so be it.

Onto the topic at hand, I'd have to agree with some earlier posters. I'm from Canada, myself, and unlike many countries in the world we have been able to legalize same-sex marriage with ease back in 2005. Although it was and still is a very controversial topic, I find that as a nation we have been able to deal with it because we have strict boundaries between state and religion. Unlike some other nations, the United States for example, the laws we pass and the religions that we embrace are two very different things. For this reason, the ritual act of marriage in a religion (where gay marriage is possibly not allowed) is differentiated between legal marriage.

In the US, as far as I can see, there is a blurred line between the state and the church. Although the church doesn't pass any laws or anything like that, its power is definitely seen in instances like these. Marriage is, in a legal sense, a merger of two people into one. It gives them special rights as a couple, yada yada yada. In a religious sense, where marriage originated from, it was a promise before God of love and commitment between a man and a women.

If two men or two women want to share the same LEGAL rights as a man and woman want to then I say so be it. There should be no problem at all about this. Now, should the church allow Gay marriage? Thats a whole other topic, and is really THEIR choice, and their interpretation of God's choice. But LEGALLY, it should defo be allowed.

TL;DR: State & religion are separate, and should be treated as such. Gay marriage should be allowed for the legal benefits associated with marriage.

The thing is, you wouldn't become a flaming homosexual in 10 years. Its been proven scientifically that our attraction to other people is based on the levels of testosterone and other hormones absorbed by our brain during development in our mothers womb. People who are gay or bisexual have absorbed less testosterone, and therefore have a hormonal imbalance, making them attracted to other men. It's not a question of choice or society, but science and biology.

If you're still skeptical, consider this:
Animals in the wild have been found to exhibit sexual tendencies with other members of their sex. We have found gay wild animals. Did these animals just wake up and say, "hey I'ma be gay today"? No, they didn't. They don't have the complex social networks that humans have, and therefore don't think about that type of stuff. They just follow what their bodies say, and their bodies say that they are attracted to other males or other females.

In my last attempt to explain this, I'll try and put this in perspective of the average 'Joe'. You're walking down the street and on one side you have this beautiful Emma Watson looking women (or whatever actress you prefer ;)) and on the other side you have a truly repulsive women picking her nose and snorting and wiping her nose with her hand etc etc etc. Who are you attracted to? The beautiful women or the vile lady? The women of course, but why? Well, its the same reason gays are attracted to people of the same sex.

I assume you want to log information, in which case your phones notepad will suffice. There are a couple apps on android and iphone devices that can access statewide databases, but you will need a police ID and proof of address to create an account on them.

I'm a little more concerned with what you would be using an MDC app for. If you are on a neighborhood watch, anything out of place should be written down, or the authorities should be called. There really isn't an appropriate middle ground for self policing these neighborhoods. If you have to call the police, its much better to be a good witness then for them to think you are a borderline impersonator.

The Xbox WILL play games, it's not like gaming is something they have completely forgot, Microsoft said that the conference they held was to show off the console and its additional futures, they'll talk about the games at E3, including the fifteen exclusive titles being released in the first year.

It's funny to watch everybody get their panties stuck in a wedge because apparently the Xbox won't play games.

There's absolutely no reason to be upset or count negatively towards the Xbox based on the conference they held. All the additional features are additional, you don't have to use Hulu (whatever that is), HBO, Netflix and Skype if you don't want to, you don't have to use your Xbox if you don't want to.

Compare Microsofts conference to that of Apple announcing a new iPhone, would you be upset if they only talked about how great it is for browsing the web or how the screen is much better to use, they wouldn't talk about how they improved the microphone or speaker or how it's otherwise better to use as a phone.

The only thing Microsoft might make mandatory (which is still uncertain) is the use of Kinect, all I want from that is being able to turn off the voice stuff because it's silly. The Kinect device itself will be right behind the console itself if I get one.

The problem right now is that Sony's press conference was very much focused on what games would be out, they didn't go in-depth about the features it will have, nor did they show us the actual console. Whereas Microsoft's press conference was centred on the console and the features it will have.

It's very difficult to make a decision based on this.

However I will say that Microsoft appears to be targeting the US audience with the new box, most of the features (apart from Skype) will be unavailable or severely limited outside of the US, UNLESS Microsoft substitutes some features for some that are accessible and relevant in their country, netflix doesn't really have a market outside of the US due to the extremely limited catalog, Danes have been warned by the consumer board from subscribing to HBO Go as their licensing terms are against our legislation.

The Microsoft conference didn't tell us much about the games, other than reveal the least surprising game ever, Forza 5 (With RML commentary?), some odd Remedy exclusive and some CoD stuff, nothing ground-breaking. It's intentional as Microsoft stated that they will talk in depth about games for the Xbox One at E3. This seems fine to me.

As far as I have heard, the Xbox One will require you to connect to the internet at least once a day, that may be troublesome for some people, I myself am very apprehensive about this.

Another issue for some people is the uncertainty surrounding second hand games, I personally don't give a toss about it because I would never buy a pre-owned game, it doesn't matter to me.

I honestly don't care much for Sony, they have a proven track record of being bad at keeping their user information safely stored, I'm sure they were also hacked back some time around 2009, regardless a lack of security so bad that the private data (credit card info) of 77 million customers was accessed by hackers, Sony also supported SOPA back in the day.

Perhaps if I worded things different it would have been a bit more clear that this post was mostly directed to the dedicated sony/microsoft gamers. I didn't mean for this to come across as a "Which is better" type post just a simple "who are you most excited for?" Just out of curiosity I wanted to see who stood where regardless of the information. The only reason I'm even responding is to sort of clear the air with anyone on this topic and anyone who stumbles across it.

Nah, you're perfectly fine with this topic bud, and I understand your point in creating this topic. My post was a broad statement that for anyone to have a debate about it currently can be considered as too soon (In terms of which is better, not which will develop a better console). I can definitely understand what you are trying to get at with this topic and I support it. There's no need to close this topic (I would have done so earlier if I felt it was needed). I can often mistake some topics to perceive certain things rather than the main discussion that they're going for.

In my opinion if I had to choose currently what console I'll be saving up for it would be the Xbox One, I've had some decent experiences with the Xbox 360 and can genuinely say that I was satisfied with it. However it will be down the road, I'm too busy with my current PC.

I have an above average PC and ELS 7 seems to work fine for me (better than ELS 6 by far). Some people go wild on installing many car mods which as you know weighs down your PC performance, especially if you have a PC like me or worse. And that contributes to game crashes also. Every persons game issue is a little different from the next. All you can do is troubleshoot until you figure it out i guess.
