    I know it's been a while since this pack was released but I just needa come back and praise it. Hands down this is the best vanilla ELS pack out there. You've nailed it. I love playing LCPDFR with your car pack.

    This is an old release I intended for MU users. Now that MU is down, I figured I should post these exclusive content back on FR for everyone. MASMP Vol4 (Federal Signal Normal Smart Siren SS2000 LAPD & LASD variant, Federal Signal Unitrol Touchmaster Delta, Whelen amplifier for CHP, Motorola Spectra + Federal Signal e-Q2B), in total of 6 differnt configuration slots. This release is also available on JCookGrime's server as part of his recent Grimefornia overhaul pack. Designed for ELS configs only. Non-ELS user must adapt to a plain ELS config in order to use this. Since I have not been active in modding GTAV for a long time, I WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR MY FILES. Demo:

    This is true. Actually the primary sirens used in GTA5 (LSPD units/sheriff cruiser) are the same ones from GTA4 with only a pitch modification to it's Wailing tone..

Now you can use the siren in GTA IV for an authentic early 2000s LCPD/NYPD roleplay experience. This siren is ELS compatible, meaning all four primary tone slots are occupied by this siren pack.     Short description of what I've done in the video (not detailed): Your game should work if you followed all these steps and have watched my video Make sure your copy is clean and has no mods get the downgrader disable your antivirus temporarily until you have downgraded successfully run the downgrader using admin privilege -> configure the thing accordingly; please do not move your GTAIV directory using the downgrader to somewhere else as it may cause issues (namely some content are stuck in the [IV] folder and require manual extraction and a whole lot of other fiasco to deal with; JUST DON'T) check if the [GTAIV.exe] file is version 1.0.7.0 -> if it is still showing your previous version then running the downgrader again; make sure antivirus software IS disabled when the downgrader is running open your game by opening [LaunchGTAIV.exe] with admin privilege -> after loading into the game, remove ALL parked cars outside of your safehouse (don't miss out the ones at the OLD safe house at Hove Beach too) download LCPDFR (the second last option, the [1.1 Installer No Ads.exe] one) -> configure the thing accordingly run the game again by opening [LaunchGTAIV.exe] with admin privilege -> once everything is loaded, press [ALT] + [P] to enable LCPDFR -> go to the nearest police station and go on duty -> check if there's any LCPDFR features that are not working (there might be keybinding issues)

    Note that siren that utilize the 'Siren_Wail_01', 'Siren_Quick_01', 'Siren_Wail_02', 'Siren_Quick_02' and the 'firetruck' slots will be played at a lower pitch in game. All my MASMP (Multi-Agency Siren Mega Pack) * solved this issue by increasing pitch of those tones by 2 semitones. *VOL 1 & 2 can be found on FR; VOL3 & 4 can be found on MU and I have NO PLANS on uploading those to FR
