Hello! I just done my modding on my POLPAT vehicle and I'm very happy about the results. Tell me what you think abut my work. Original mod is made by Lt. Caine I just added some text on the hood, back and the sides with paint. It might be a bit bad, But remmember this is my VERY FIRST attempt to reskin of a vehicle. For me the Steam version gave me way better FPS, My DVD version is unplayable and it's an ass to upgrade.

I have been talking with Rockstar support for quite some time trying to stop my Textures from flickering, When the benchmark test was loading I asked for fun what settings the Console version has compared to the PC. I thought I shared the answer with you guys if you are wondering also. I have the DVD Version and the Steam version, My DVD version is unplayable but the Steam version I get 25-30 FPS. Also Steam offers automatic updates of Drivers and GTA IV so you don't need to do it manually, You can also use Steam to Defrag GTA IV making it run smoother. Only bad side is that it takes a shitload of time to download. But in my opinion, Steam version is better ^_^

Oh...Okay...Thanks anyway! Can I remove the dirt tho? So the vehicle can't get dirty..Because that fucks up the Paintjob, Litteraly...lol :ermm:

Hello Guys! I know nothing about modding but one of my mods have a problem, And I was wondering if you guys could fix it for me, I myself cannot. I would be VERY happy and thankfull. lol I downloaded a LCPD Van made my Lt Caine. But it's incompleted therefor the interior is completly white but that doesnt bug me, My problem is that sometimes like...80 % of the time the vehicle has no lightbar on the top... Like if I get a high wanted level or call for NOOSE Backup in LCPDFR the van will most likely arrive or chase after me without a light bar on the roof, Can anyone do so the light bar is always present? I also understand since Lt. Caine made this mod we cannot really give it out without crediting him at least. Or can anyone fix it for me. According to the readme we are allowed to modify the files, But I myself can't. I know there are many other and better LCPD Van's out there, But I love this Speedo model and it has the amazing Blue / White Scheme. Again thanks alot if you guys can fix the lightbar for me. Also if possible, The dirt texture is bugged so when it gets dirt a huge black box will appear on the roof texture, Could you remove dirt? Never cared much for it anyway. I would suggest you ask your question at this link. http://support.rockstargames.com/anonymous_requests/new There you will fill out your question and E-Mail and Rockstar Games, INC will send you a long answer with possible issues and how you can troubleshoot and fix your problem. I know Grand Theft Auto IV might be a bad game, But Rockstar Games actually have very good support. It might take up too two days before you will get an reply but you will get one. They helped me fix my texture problem :)
