First you need to download this program called SparkIV, Here the link http://grandtheftaut...Spark_IV;116155 Unzip that program and run it, Then you should see a IV logo in the corner with the text "BROWSE" Click that, and it will open your GTA IV Directory. Then navigate the left collum. PC - Models - CD Images - Vehicle.img ( Don't remmember precisly how it was but find the Vehicles.img under models somewhere ) When you have found that double click it and you will get a long list of vehicle names in the game, as you said all the names ( vehicles) have two files one WFT and one WTD. Now scroll down untill you find the vehicles named "Police" and "Police2", Now probably the files you downloaded already have one of those names? Correct? Okay let's say your WFT and WDT Files are "Police2" Then click the Police2.WDT in the long list and click the import button, Now select the NEW WDT File. Repeat this step with the WFT File, Select the Police2.WFT file, Click import and select the new one. When you've done this correctly, Police2.WFT and Police2.WDT should be in a blue colour, This means you've changed the files. Now click the Save represented by a Floppy Disc with the Save text under and it should work... I'm not good at explaining, So if you need further help just ask! :) If your mod is "Police" do the same just on the vehicle without the number 2 after the name. It was so easy in GTA SA, You would walk to where you wanted it open the CMD line just do /createveh bla bla bla and it would pop up and always be there... How can I do it for GTA IV? :/ I really want to make the Police Maverick spawn on the Police Stations with Helipads, NOOSE vehicels at the bigger Police Stations, Stuff like that..It's just so darn hard to find out.. GTA IV Spawn Points. Do anyone have any idea how I can make certain vehicles spawn in GTA IV on startup? Like the Police cars parked at the station or the buses at Star Junction. Thanks in advance.

Here is the White Scheme on the Patrol Car: And Here is the OLD Blue and White one of a Patrol Car, As you can see the Blue doesnt fit with the White one, Meaning the markins on the blue won't fit properly on the vehicle, Could you try to make the blue one simmilar just with the White ones setup? I would be VERY Thankfull... Why can't I edit my own posts? Only downside is that the Patrol doesnt have a Blue skin...And my old blue skin doesnt fit correctly onto the vehicle, And my skills are to bad to make one :/

As I was working on Textures in Spark, I found an easter egg in the interior of the Police Maverick xD

So in other words the original GTA IV model can't be added textures too?

Hello! I've tried adding some textures in OpenIV so I can get Police Cruiser / Patrol / Minivan to spawn and drive around in two different textures. But currently I can't really get it too work, I've done +livery on all the vehicles, I THINK I managed to add the textures in OpenIV but I've had no luck. I want to add these Blue and White Textures Onto: That would mean I want to keep the original GTA IV Ligthbar etc. I just want Police vehicles to spawn with the Original White and the Blue and White Paintjobs. If possible spawning with different lightbars would also be awesome.. Can anyone help? Like..Explain or show me a toturial? Thanks in advance!

Important! People who have downloaded my Blue and White LCPD Textures I suggest you download Version 2.0 it can be found in the download section here on LCPDFR The first version contained major spelling mistakes on the skin, Also version 2.0 has a better texture. Just a heads up!

Hey Guys! Okay, So you all know about the small modifications I made to the LCPD Van I had, The one I renamed Traffic Enforcement Unit...Well I couldnt really sleep last night so I worked more on it, And I love the result, Share your thoughts. Also I added the same caution stripes to the LCPD Minivan, Patrol and on the Cruiser. Be honest and give me feedback! These will be available for download when an admin approves the submission.
