Do anyone know of a GTA IV Motorvehicle Spawner that works with 1.0.7.0, I've spent hours on Google and the few ones I find just crash my game and so on. = /

I can't open the readme's...How should Install this? The readme is in .doc format that my laptop cannot open.

Why can't you just open the console and type in spawn $MODELNAME where MODELNAME is the car you want? Without the $ of course.

Edit: oh, use LibreOffice to open doc files if you don't have Word.
