The file is part of CalloutInterface. Make sure it’s in your main directory.

You’re missing NAudio.dll which comes with MoreRadioChatter. Reinstall it and make sure the file is found in your main directory. 
Also remove TrafficPolicer as it’s heavily outdated.

You can’t convert a ZIP to a PDF because a ZIP is a compressed folder of files, while a PDF is a single document format.

Verifying game files is never a bad idea. In this case I’d start with a fresh mods folder. GTA V is indeed very tricky when it comes down to deciphering which mod causes the issue.

Unfortunately no. You’re stuck with the categories that are already existing. Upper body etc.

Remove SuperEvents too.
If that still doesn't help, DeadlyWeapons too.

It's probably a shortcut keybind. I'd disable shortcuts entirely in the Simple Trainer settings.

Your RealisticTaser config throws an error.
String was not recognized as a valid Boolean. That means a true/false statement is not in the correct format.

Can you temporarily remove some plugins and see if it helps? This happens because your LSPDFR is loading a bit slow.

Please grab the latest RageNativeUI from here: https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases/tag/1.9.2. Drag the .dll into your main directory.

There is no way to disable the default LSPDFR callouts I think. However I think you can add Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true  to your lspdfr.ini to disable at least the ambient pursuits that happen.
 
Setting the callouts multiplier to 0 would effect all installed callouts.

You’re missing the CalloutInterface dll in your main GTA V directory. Ensure it’s there by downloading CalloutInterface and dragging the file mentioned above in its designated directory.

LSPD First Response: Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'NAudio, Version=1.8.4.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly
 
MoreRadioChatter is missing the file specified above.

The only time I know these will not show up is when you’ve disabled phone notifications in the GTA settings.

The current leading mod regarding handling arrests and interaction with peds is StopThePed. Developed by the same author there’s also UltimateBackup which aims to provide a better backup system than the default LSPDFR one.
