It has to be something regarding your EUP config files. Try deleting the files from Plugins/EUPMenu/ and get the fresh ones from the EUPMenu download.

What also helps significantly with texture loss is lowering your car's skins from 4k to 2k resolution.

Unfortunately it’s nearly impossible to tell which mod is causing this issue. However, since you are having an issue related to a node ID, I’d say it’s a map mod being at fault.
