Remove the NVE Vehicles folder in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/ Unless installed in this folders‘ .rpf file, your vehicles will be overridden by NVEs „enhanced“ vanilla models.

As for LSPDFRs computer and ID function, no. As far as I know, you can’t edit StopThePed naming either. They are probably hardcoded or randomly generated.

Double check whether you’re using natives for backing backup inside the grammar police custom ini file (alternatively, the CTRL+F2 menu while on duty). You’d want GP to use UBs ambulance/fire backup instead.
