You need to at least finish the mission "Franklin and Lamar" before you're able to play LSPDFR at all.

well if you want to know whats causing this exactly, you should keep them or gradually remove more if you have a few script mods.

It might work off and on. Just try what happens when you start GTA through RPH. If it crashes just start GTA first and RPH after.

It might be one of your asi scripts if it worked after removing SHV.

I can confirm this is not happening with a fresh GTA V. It has to be something you installed at some point.

Did you remove SHV, start your game and checked again?

Then start GTA V fully into story mode first. Then, alt-tab out of the game and start RPH. Als,o make sure you added RPH and the GTA V directory as an exception to your antivirus. Utilise Google to find out how to add an exception to your specific AV software if you are using anything else than windows defender.

If this happens when not using RPH, I'd suggest looking at the GTA V keybinds. Also, check your scripts folder for any mods possibly causing this. Maybe try to remove SHV from your directory as well and see if it still pops up.

Does your GTA work if you start it without RPH?

Don’t think there’s any plugin that does this. Ambient AI Callouts has a feature where if you don’t take a callout, a random unit from around the map will take the call instead and drive there. This may only apply to callouts from this plugin itself, not sure actually.

If you’re downloading the latest version from our website we can assure it’s safe. Since the last update to RPH, windows virus software seems to throw a lot of false positives. If allowing the file or creating an exception to the GTA V folder doesn’t work, you may need to turn the AV off while installing/downloading LSPDFR. If you have any additional antivirus software installed you’ll need to disable that as well of course.

No crash visible in this log. Can you please upload your latest one from your main GTA V directory. It has not numbers in the file name and not from the logs folder.

Start the game using rage plugin hook. Press F4 and load the LSPDFR plugin via the „LoadPlugin“ command. You’ll see a few police station icons on your map. Go to one of them and enter the locker room. You will be prompted to create a character. After doing that you can go on duty and roam around the world
