You can: A - revert any recent changes you made to your mods folder/this vehicle slot B - create a new mods folder and carefully install your mods

BejoIjos mods do not require SHV. As @Joe C Wilsonrightfully stated, the plugins need to be moved into their correct directory.

You must’ve installed something into your mods folder that overrides this vehicle slot. Try renaming your mods folder to _mods and launch LSPDFR.

In your main directory, do you have a file called RagePluginHook.log without any numbers at the end? It’s not in your logs folder.

Take a look at this thread. It tells you how to solve texture loss (lowering livery quality etc.).

Can you please upload your latest RagePluginHook.log.

Not to my knowledge. Didn’t gain/lose any fps while using the sync feature. I’m guessing not since STP is a third party plugin and not by LSPDFR itself. Doesn’t look like it. At least I can’t find that option on my characters profile.

The way stop the ped handles addon names causes this to happen. You can't do anything about that in regards to BejoIjos plugins. Merry Christmas!

I unfortunately can't help you with your request regarding the 3 default LSPDFR callouts. For third party callouts it's also highly dependent on the preferred choice of vehicles. In their code they just spawn the vehicle they want (or create a list and choose one randomly). You'd have to reach out to each individual creator in order for them to tell you which vehicles they use in their callouts.

I think what Christ meant is that you can add a description to your image and use it as an "RP-Topic".

As far as my knowledge goes, the bot is still in invite-only beta. If it would've been changed I'm sure the staff would announce it.

The vehicle developers can decide if they want to create collisions for their vehicle parts or not. Most choose not to bother with it as it doesn't affect the car as much. Also it's quite an annoying process to model proper collisions for things such as pushbars.

Download the manual install of LSPDFR. Drag and drop all of it's contents into your main directory of GTAV.
