    Thank you for 200+ downloads!!! I have decided to make my first livery for LSPDFR, it is a LSPD K-9 Dodge Charger which is heavily based/inspired on the LAPD K-9 Ford Interceptor however I added some other stuff to make it unique and lore friendly. Initially it was suppose to be for personal use but I decided to release it to everyone! THIS FILE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CAR ONLY THE CAR LIVERY!     I have the exact same problem I load in go to my ELS compatible car and nothing the ELS menu dosent come up and when i press E then only the siren and no lights I cant find the reason for it.
