Joshua Road Remastered! Works for both Single Player & FiveM!

 

This Mod is a must if you patrol the County! This adds so many things to make Sandy Shores alive and more enjoyable to patrol!

 

Vanilla GTA is a little boring when it comes to Joshua Road so I have fixed that. Now Joshua Road has houses and apartments and so much more to explore! All props function the way they are suppose to meaning that the gas pumps and tanks at the gas station explode when you shoot or crash into them, lights fall over and spark when knocked into, pipes under the fire hydrates release water when toppled over , signs and other props like chairs, mail boxes, fences, garbage bins etc. have proper collisions and act the way they are suppose to. People will spawn in their back and front yards sitting on chairs enjoying a cold beverage. The food trucks and food stands have people cooking and people enjoying a nice meal.

Recommendations:

  1. Install my Blaine County Traffic Lights & Signs mod for more realism and overall a better experience patrolling the County  https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/32912-blaine-county-traffic-lights-signs/
  2.  Have your grass settings on normal so flowers are not spawning in front of peoples doors or at the gas station 

This took quite some time to make and I decided to release it to the public so everyone can enjoy!

Fix up the car wash West of Joshua Road

Continue adding things (Houses, props etc.) West of Joshua Road (Completed)

Thanks for letting me test it, although I wasn't able to provide you with screendumps because I was too lazy to fix all the ymap interference I had in that area, nevertheless very nice! (Will be even nicer with the additions I made as discussed on Discord, but let's keep the guys in the dark for a bit more on that subject) 😄

    As soon as i pull somebody over the car just drives into the house or fruitstand and other stuff ... is this normal? is there a way to fix it?

    In the end its a minor issue ^^

    Pull them over in safe location not on a one lane road

    This was probably the easiest install ever. no experience with ymap at all and I got it correct the first time. Only issue was trying to listen to your instructional video i could barely hear you. Great Job!! Looks great!!! 5 Stars!!!

    I had 0 FPS drop, but others have reported decreases...like other mods, it'll depend on how powerful your PC is.

    I tired to add this using the Custom_Maps method, but I seem to CTD when visiting the street in game. I'll try the induvial DLC pack creator like in the video, but why can't this be loaded like any other ymap using custom_maps? 

    I'm still below the dlclist limit, but this feels like it should be an easy addition to my other ymap DLC pack.

    Trying the way in the video also didn't work 😕 Still get a CTD when approaching Sandy Shores. I even went so far as to disable all my custom maps and Forest of SA for testing, and still got CTDs >.< 

     

    Love the screenshots and idea though!! Will try to add it to my game stack with future updates for sure

    I appreciate it but I got it ironed out! It was another mod that I over looked a few days ago after adding it to my stack. Your's is all good, and did I mention awesome? Keep up the good work, and sorry for the rabbit hole >.<

    Yes but a tree will spawn in the drive thru at the gas station

    Ok, I've looked everywhere I can and can't find it. Does anyone know what plugin does the seatbelt violations etc I'd love to have it!

    It's all good and looks realistic to me now, Only thing I noticed is that when you try to assault some of the peds at Joshua Rd. they appear to run endlessly to those houses that you placed. And they seem to glitch inside of it. Here take a look at this screenshot.
