As suggested, this means the issue is in your mods folder. If you already have a custom gameconfig, heap & packfile adjuster, you'd need to revert your recent changes. If you don't have them give them an install and give it another shot! 😄 (After re-enabling your mods)

Sounds like you have an issue with your mods folder; please rename it to _mods and retry.

Increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000 -> this can be done in the RAGE settings.

Chill Callouts requires Traffic Policer. As that is outdated, I advise you remove it. 🙂

The following plugins are outdated. This means they are not updated for the latest LSPDFR version. I'd suggest their removal for the smoothest experience as they may cause issues. However, if you find this fixes the issue, you are welcome to try re-adding them. Though if an issue does reappear, then the plugin(s) should not be kept. Force A Callout Keep Calm If the issue persists, I'd try removing Urban Callouts.

I don't quite understand. The copy of RageNativeUI with Ultimate Backup is old, if that's what you are asking.

Your stanier vehicle is invalid. This suggests you've dragged and dropped a vehicles.meta file, or if not maybe another .meta file. You should never do this. Always copy & paste the new entries for the respective vehicle into your existing .meta. To fix this, you should revert your recent changes & provided that works, follow the instructions outlined above. 🙂
