No problem - wanted to check as I do support for GTAV. Go to the lspdfr.ini file (GTAV/lspdfr) and change this line: Callouts.Multiplier = 250 Increasing the number will increase the frequency of calls. As a point of reference I have mine set to 280.

You've most likely installed something incorrectly as the graphic settings + a custom visualsettings.dat file should fix it. Double check your graphic settings + visual settings file. As well as, look at this section on dim ELS lights:

This means the issue is in your mods folder. Revert your previous changes or get a fresh mods folder.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the issue persists.

Could you try deleting all LSPDFR files (Check which files these are in the manual install) then reinstalling LSPDFR. Make a backup of any files if needed.
