Try removing Chill Callouts

Go to GTAV/Plugins Rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR Does it still crash?

This means it is one of your plugins/callouts in that LSPDFR folder. Try renaming it back to "LSPDFR" and then remove AmbientAICallouts.
