When installing the meta don't drag and drop the file - just copy what you want from the install meta to your current one. I should say that metas don't always have to be installed.

Exception message: Processing cache while it's still in use - one or more subcalls may have caused the thread to yield This indeed mirrors what you said. It occurs when 2 or more things try to control a ped for example and it crashes. This should be random but if you get lots of crashes - send a log.

Police Smart Radio requires Traffic Policer. But, both are out of date plugins so can cause crashes and instability. I advise you don't use PSR but the choice is yours.

Delete the files from GTAV/Plugins/LSPDFR

Attach a new log.

Remove dinout8.dll from your directory and see if makes a difference. If not, attach a screenshot of your main directory.

PoliceSmartRadio and ComputerPlus have not been fully removed. In regards to Stop The Ped, 1. Stop a ped by pressing "E" twice 2. THEN open the menu by pressing "E"

Remove ComputerPlus and PoliceSmartRadio and see if that helps. If it doesn't, which key are you using to open the Stop The Ped menu?

You seem to have an invalid vehicle. You mention how you uninstalled the vehicle - can you check you did that correctly?
