1. Open up your main GTA V directory and click on the lspdfr folder. 2. Open the lspdfr.ini and make Main.PreloadAllModels set to false. Once that's done save and close it.

What we have done: Found the issue was with the game - not LSPDFR Disabled your mods folder Verified your game files Disabled your scripts such as Trainers, ELS etc.. Sadly a fresh install is all that comes next 😕

Is that with dinput still removed and your mods folder renamed?

That was the point. Did it crash?

Not yet. So the issue isn't with RAGE or LSPDFR. Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if it launches without RAGE.
