Nope. It will use the files outside your mods folder - the vanilla ones.

How to uninstall OIV files: 1. Download WinRAR/7-Zip 2. Open the OIV file and locate the folder called "assembly.xml" 3. In there you can see all files that it replaced. You now need to delete them (make sure you are in your mods folder!)

Try uninstall Dispatch works then. Clearly something has gone wrong there.

Well, it isn't LSPDFR that is crashing. Have you just updated your game - not added anything?

You most likely installed it incorrectly. I'd use google to check a tutorial. However, PoliceSmartRadio is out of date and could cause frequent crashes so I advise against its use.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.
