This means you aren't missing these requirements. You can either revert your recent changes; if you cannot do that you will need to start a fresh mods folder.

The you've got an error in there. Have you installed a custom gamconfig & heap adjuster?

Plugins are different to mods for clarification. If you open your mods folder, do you get a green banner saying it needs to be updated?

If your game says it is updated, but it isn't, verify your game files.
