Nice to hear! This means the issue is in there. Rename/reenable that folder and remove the contents. Then readd them slowly to determine which is causing it 🙂

Not sure where you are getting United Callouts from. Anywho, please upload your RagePluginHook log -> a text document found in your main directory.

I advise you remove those outlined in bold as they are out of date and may cause issues.

When is your display black? When you load plugins or while GTAV loads?

In the RAGE settings set no plugins to load on startup. Then load the in game through the RAGE console. As well as, increase your Plugin Timeout Threshold to 60,000.

Aha! Well, I still advise you remove those nevertheless. Though based on what you just said, rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

You need to replace the model that is spawning. i.e for 0.3 peds it could be s_m_y_cop_01
