No. I just flipped a coin and told you to remove it. But on a more serious note, yes. The stack trace shows the issue is stemming from there. PSR is out of date, so I advise its removal. If you really want it however, you can just try to reinstall it. Though note, when you receive support in the future, the first thing people will most likely say would be to remove your outdated plugins.

Let's not jump to conclusions. I think you should ask why it is crashing before pointing fingers. Because I have a very strong feeling that it isn't the fault of S136 but rather something like an out of date RNUI.] Upload your RagePluginHooklog - a text document found in your main directory so we can take a look.

This sounds like a one time crash. Was it? Random crashes can happen. It is when they occur frequently that you should be concerned.
