Those are not issues. In your lspdfr.ini set Main.DisableRandomUnits = true

You'll need to update Windows then 🙂 The .NET framework is needed for LSPDFR.

You most likely installed ENB. If you have ENB you need to load RAGE separately to GTAV. To do this: 1. Load GTAV without RAGE and enter story mode so that you are in game. 2. ALT + TAB out and open RAGE 3. Wait for it to hook
