I had an idea, the idea of a mod thief really pisses me off, i know that the Moderator's are busy all the time not even LCPDFR Staff in general, but somehow, stolen mod's will end up on other site's cause the moderator's are busy with everyday life in general, but Author's are simply going to stop releasing their work ie Cj24, EVI (Which already left the modding scene) etc etc, anyway.
I find with alot of stolen mod's there are some thing's that kind of "hint" that it is a stolen mod.
1) There is an extremely low quality picture
2) No description of the mod
3) Really poor description of the mod
4) No Video
5) the "author" doesn't know the proper name, or does not give the name at all

so, i was thinking, what if site's had kind of a "mod investigator", before approval, these "authors" have to go through a more lengthy uploading process, such as a FULL description of everything that is in the file whether it be model, texture, sound, RTC etc
what i mean by FULL description is mandatory field's that have to be filled in with proper part's, then reviewed by an Admin?
if the mod somehow turn's out to be stolen, then permanently ban the uploader's IP from the site.
Just a thought.

Asuna provided legitimate help towards the OP while you just spammed it with a useless post which others above had mentioned.

You know it doesn't have that feature because you've posted it as a suggestion in the "What do you want to see more of in LCPDFR" thread about 4 times.

Today, in Industrial, a violet gun fight broke out. According to Liberty County Sheriff Steve Anderson, the shootout started after LCPD Officer Mike Harris pulled over a vehicle belonging to one of the attackers for reckless driving. No further details have been provided. The shootout is the first in more than a month, and was the most violent, leaving 6 dead, 2 of which where LCPD Officers Mike Harris, and Jordan Jones. As crime in Liberty City increments uncontrollable. It is more often to happens at night shift. That night was Maximum Enforcement, any violation will result in an infraction; from red light runners, through failing to yield pedestrians and finding any outstanding warrant.

As the night goes; a yellow cab taxi; failed to yield a pedestrian. The driver was given a citation. Meanwhile, Rios continued his shift and encountered a prostitution street and decided to try to find any vehicle soliciting sex. While waiting, another taxi runned the red light, Rios saw and went to the stop of the suspect. He was an infraction of maximum.

After finishing that traffic stop; another taxi passed me over the limit and almost hitting a pedestrian. Driver was stop and he has an outstanding warrants and expired licensed. When asked to step out of the vehicle, suspect turned on the vehicle in an intent to escape, wich resulted in driver been arrested before taking out.

Night went off, and Rios received a call from Dispatch of a fleeing vehicle armed, he was close to the scene and decided to join the persuit. The helicopter was call in order to follow with the suspect, he was arrested and aprehended before causing any damaged. No fatalities on the shift!

I have a radio in my truck to listen to local PD, driving home one night, heard a foot chase right near by, I drove by the area as it was on my route home, the guy comes running outta a side street (the corner light burned out, and he was dressed in all black) smacks right into the side of my truck. The cop who was a little pudgy was about a block behind, I stopped grabbed my maglite, jumped on the guy and put it to his throat and waited for the cop to catch up.

one time i was so drunk that i called a cab and drove to paris (do you now where the hell paris is? its about 450 kilometers away from me :D) I can't really remember it. I woke up next morning in a cell in some PD in Paris and they allowed me to call a friend of mine to pick me up. I waited over 4 damn Hours till he finaly arrived
Appearently i was unable to pay the taxi driver and he called the police. they found out that i was dunk as hell and brought me to a Police Station.

This is my most recent project, an Automatic License Plate Recognition system for GTA IV. The system can be used to scan the license plates of nearby cars and you will be notified of any flags, such as Wanted Owner, Drugs Flag, Weapons, Expired Insurance etc.

The database contains over 10,000 names include those of all the staff (Sam, Jay, Break, Molten, Jam etc)

Will the names match those shown by the LCPDFR database?
Because the system is separate to the game, the names displayed in the owner section will be different to those shown in LCPDFR when you ask for a license. However, the owner box on the ALPR system is the name of the person who owns the car, and not necessarily the person who is currently driving it, in real life they may have borrowed it. You can either not ask for a license and treat the driver as the owner, or you can ask for a drivers license and pretend that they are not the owner.

How does the ALPR system work, will we have to ALT+TAB out of the game?
No, the ALPR system will sit on top of the game and will act as an "overlay", when it comes to using the system, you will have to ALT+TAB out but the commandline file ensures that you do not crash when you do so. The game will still be in view and will not disappear when you use the ALPR system.

Don't like being able to see the task bar?
You can hide the task-bar by right clicking it and selecting properties, then check "Auto-Hide the taskbar", hit apply, then ok. when your done playing, move you mouse to the bottom of the screen, right click it, hit properties just untick it again!

A robbery at the petrol station (either no paying your fuel or just a robbery). You get info at the bottom of screen, press Y to accept, than you get some notes of the characteristic of the car and search in the surrounding area.

This will be nice. But as said above a lot of scripting required. It wasn't a problem in online San Andreas, but GTA IV online is very different. You don't have a -always online - server, but you can make a clan, invite everyone, start a free mode and just follow the rules!
