I have the keep calm one already, So the random police chases are caused by gta v itself and not a police mod I have?

Hi guys, So I've just spent the last 3 days modding and un-modding and doing fresh installs of gta v with the lspdfr mod to a point where i have everything working like a charm (Except the fact that today I gave a guy so many citations it crashed the game). I messed around the mod config files to get everything the way I want, the only thing bugging me to hell are all the random shootouts, they are constant, I'll be doing a traffic stop or on a call out or on scene and all of a sudden a shootout between some random car and 5 police car starts. I'm pretty sure this is change-able in a mod but I'm not sure which one, can anyone help? (Please)

Yeh that's a shame companies don't support modders, because this is a great mod, sure Rockstar gave us LA: noire, but that wasn't the type of police game we were looking for...well at least not what im looking for, im looking for a GTA Police game, which obviously Rockstar will never provide us. But yeah sure if you can tell me where that is ahah

I am aware of it, I am using GTA IV EFLC...but I dunno, I mean they have more then the ability to investigate GTA IV and see what it is that is making the game crash and try and fix or, or they could try and talk to rockstar explain the situation. I have posted a support topic but nothing so, I've just been continuously installing and uninstalling the game these past 3 days until it works, trying more or less and different mods with it (LCPD:FR).

Well, you have a good point, but the thing is people want modded police cars so they can use ELS, if you can get LCPD: FR 1.0 with ELS 8 some modded police cars and maybe even the police helper all to work without crashing then we have something.

I'd like to see less of it crashing GTA for once...and a installation that actually works.

So, I just wanted to give a review on the latest update of this mod, apparently I can't see anywhere I could post one and actually have someone see and maybe implement it. So, for starters, you need to fix the Car pursuit backup settings, sure, if you are in a pursuit and call for back up it comes, but it comes to the street you are currently on and they stay there as if you were on foot pursuit, so you need to implement Car pursuit back up...cuz its god damn needed. For now this is all i have to so, there are some other opinions I have but this one is the main. If anyone has other opinions i guess you can comment here and we will just have to wait and see if they update it. Regards to all.

Hi, So, after a couple years of not using LCPDFR im re-installing it, im using the 0.95 version. i prefer it, i find the 1.0 version to "Complex". And i have ELS 8 (i think they work together i havent seen anywhere saying 0.95 and els 8 dont work). So the issue is, i was trying to get some car models for the game, and i wanted the LSPD Pack ( '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> ) but i see you need this openIV thing, i know how to use SparkIV but have no idea how to use OpenIV i've looked for tutorials but no good, the ones i saw the actual program provides seem to not be what i want, anyone know a decent tutorial showin how to use it to install this pack or any other? i really need help please. Im on windows 7 Steam version of EFLC Regards Josh

Hi, I have the mod and I can play it with my xbox 360 controller but I wanted to know if some of the controls from the mod like the ELS can but changed to buttons on the controller like the D-Pad.

Yeah, so i go the command line and now have a resource rate of: 2028MB The game starts of with shitty graphics but after i mess with the graphics it works like magic! thanks to all you guys! Yep all works great now....I have just one question...it's probaly stupid but what the hek.....is there anyway in customizing the command line so that instead of starting with low graphics it starts with you choice?

Yeah I know...I just don't get why with 1009MB of resource and i'm not even using half it lags so much... Ok i'll look into it then... yeah i have a couple car mods :/

CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 RAM - 4GB DDRII HDD - 640GB VIDEO - ATI Radeon HD4850 512MB I know the VIDEO and CPU specs aren't the best... Yeah but I have the LCPDFR mod installed, won't that affect that? (I reaserched abit before coming here and it said to make sure I don't have any mods but I supose not)

Hi guys....i'll get straight to the point....i need help trying to fix lag.... My resource rate is: 385/1009 MB and every time I leave Niko's apartment the game lags dramaticly... Does anyone have any sollutions? Thks
