Need help with openIV

Hi,

    So, after a couple years of not using LCPDFR im re-installing it, im using the 0.95 version. i prefer it, i find the 1.0 version to "Complex". And i have ELS 8 (i think they work together i havent seen anywhere saying 0.95 and els 8 dont work).

    So the issue is, i was trying to get some car models for the game, and i wanted the LSPD Pack ( '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> ) but i see you need this openIV thing, i know how to use SparkIV but have no idea how to use OpenIV i've looked for tutorials but no good, the ones i saw the actual program provides seem to not be what i want, anyone know a decent tutorial showin how to use it to install this pack or any other? i really need help please.
