    Do you have a modded gameconfig? cause you're gonna need that if you're installing any DLC mods, like EUP.

    Did you clear out the insides of CustomRegion.xml? if not, you have to remove everything in between <UltimateBackup> and </UltimateBackup> Do this for CustomRegions.xml not DefaultRegion.xml

    Chill Callouts is causing your LSPDFR to crash it seems. I've had this problem too 10 minutes ago, removing Chill Callouts stopped LSPDFR from crashing.

  20. How do I change the loadout of the vanilla LEO.

    Is it possible to change the AI LEO loadout from the normal pistol to the combat pistol? the sound and model of my combat pistol is way better than the normal pistol. Also because I don't want the cops to use M1911's ( aka the normal pistol ) By "AI LEO" I mean the original singleplayer cops that chase you.

    I really wanted some Orange County based BCSO liveries, so I decided to make my own. Liveries included that uses the BCSO mini pack: Liveries included that uses Ripple's BCSO NForce pack: Also, this is a WIP... and there are some problems on this version like very low resolution textures for the 18' Charger. It has to be low res. so that it doesn't exceed the 16mb limit. The vehicle pack I used for these liveries:
