    I've been trying to use BC Design's San Andreas State Patrol pack for ultimate backup but can't seem to figure it out. I know you need to change the text in the defaultregions.xml file but this had no affect on my game, the units still show up in dark blue police4 cars. I also changed the settings for K9 backup and female units, still no change. I was hoping someone here could tell me what I'm doing wrong. Not sure if it has any affect but I am using the outfit only version of EUPFR Basic Configs., I can't find anything in the settings though that makes me think it's causing the issue. This is what my .xml file looks like.
