    Install instructions included in the .ZIP please read it. Or else you might get broken vest textures. This pack only changes the text, some colors and stuff.     Yeah I figured it was because Vest 9 got reworked. It's all good though, I configured it myself so that I could use it with the reworked one.

    Try changing "<sirenSettings value="33881"/>" to "<sirenSettings value="1"/>" in "carvariations.meta" located in "mrap/common/data"

    Make sure you have "<Item>dlcpacks:/eup/</Item>" at the bottom of dlclist.xml located in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" I had this problem back then, but then I added that line to dlclist.xml and it worked.. so It might work for you as well. If that doesn't fix it, then I don't really know the cause of it..

    I know that pack, It's made for EUP 8.0 I think. It says it in the pack's description. Best thing you can do is find an updated one somewhere or get a different BCSO set.
