  1. You can also make any vehicle a standalone on your own by following that video I linked (in case there's a model you really want in the future but the dev doesn't want to make it standalone themselves).

  4. @Sam, I noticed that with pursuit of armed suspects, every civ AI freaks out regardless of if they're near the gunshots or not. I'll be driving to a call halfway across the city but every driver on my way there will be freaking out. Can this be fixed or is it an issue on GTA's side?
  5. Yep, I'm confident you'll be able to improve the AI functionality significantly over time. It's already fantastic as-is. One more thing you're probably aware of with the ambulance is that it will sometimes go straight when I turn off onto a different road and then I have to lead it some convoluted way to get it back to where I wanted to turn to begin with. Just putting it out there in case you or others haven't experienced it yet.
  6. I've observed the same problem. If you stop in the middle of the road in front of the ambulance you're escorting, it'll come right up and ram your vehicle.
  7. Luke, this is working great so far! It's great having some new callouts to respond to besides armed pursuits and GTAs. One glitch I encountered was with the ambulance escort. It's only happened once, but the ambulance started out at the hospital it wanted me to take it to (Pillbox Hill), so it wouldn't register when the ambulance made it to the checkpoint and the yellow gps blib was still there. At the end, when I drove too far and it lost me (all mission related blips were then removed from the map), I found that it eventually caught back up with me (lights off though) and followed me everywhere until I spooked it.
  8. Hey stealth, the mod's really effective at preventing peds from freaking out at the slightest danger. However, I'm still getting stutters every few seconds with the newest version. When disabling your mod, the stuttering goes away. I know you're still working out the kinks - just thought I'd let you know. Specs: 8gb ram, i7 4700 @2.40, Nvidia GTX 850M, Windows 8.1 64bit
  9. In the update notes, it says: The sheriff/FIB interiors will now always be loadedI'm having trouble finding the FIB interior this refers to. I know about the 2 sheriff stations in Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores.
  10. Oh didn't realize there was a new version. I see the file's half as large (15kb) as previous versions(33kb), was this intentional?
  11. In regards to prisoner transport, is there any way you could unlock the gates at the prison? Also, any way to disable the cops from shooting you upon entering the prison?
  12. Is there any way to disable the hazard lights from turning off after making a turn? I understand the turning signals turning off after a turn like they do irl, but hazards should stay on until we turn them off.
  13. I've already used this, and while it looks great, there was something about the default lighting during the fog that looks better to me.
  14. Today, I noticed that police lights have a ton more bloom when the weather is foggy. Would it be possible to implement a lighting mod that makes it so that police lights always appear as if it was foggy weather? I have seen the police light mods that others have been working on, but personally I think that the default light effects during fog have a more natural glow.
  15. OpenIV does not support custom vehicle models yet, to my understanding, but does support custom vehicle skins. Not sure about ELS, but the majority opinion I've seen is that the lights in gta5 are pretty good as-is. This doesn't mean that there aren't people out there who want to be able to customize them.
  16. I don't mind just standing there if it means there's a bit more depth. It'd be nice to have more to do at a traffic stop than to just ticket/warn/ask to step out.

One more thing that'd be great if implemented is to nerf the endless cycle where police shoot the suspect, civs freak out and start going all over the place, civs hit a police officer which causes the police to shoot at them, more civs freak out with the new gunshots, another civ runs over a police officer, and on and on. The mod is very fun to play at the moment, but when you are trying to clean up a scene and peds freak out and cause over 30 vehicles to be spammed in an intersection, it becomes impossible.
  18. When you see the blue circle on your map, you need to press 'Y' to accept the callout. You can force callouts with 'X'.
  19. It's running great so far, though for some reason my game lags a bit whenever I shoot now (may just be the game itself). Most of the improvements are probably already planned by the wonderful dev team.   23. This sounds very interesting. The only reason I don't use ELS or custom cars is because I can't find any cars that aren't high-poly......so if you can release some lcpd"illumination enabled"cars with the mod then i would be most grateful :) (or link me to some (anyone) cuz I couldnt find any on my own :l )
  24. I doubt it'll be released this May cuz Max Payne 3 is coming out at the same time and Take 2 wouldn't want people to buy GTAV instead of Max Payne. However, if they were both released in May then I'll be very happy XD
