Yes thank you Launch regular GTAV without RPH and load in story mode. Once loaded in, tab out by pressing ALT+TAB and launch RPH

Do you have a custom gameconfig, Heap adjuster and packfile adjuster? For the EUP I'm not sure why thats happening
