Can you attach your ragepluginhook.log from your main directory?

The only thing I can see is SimpleCTRL has a dependency that is out of date: Naudio, so possibly try to update SimpleCTRL and its dependencies if that doesn't work, can you try renaming mods to _mods and launching the game.

I believe SimpleCTRL is an outdated plugin that could be causing the crash. If it still crashes if you remove that, can you rename mods to _mods and launching the game.

Is it just LSPDFR crashing or RPH?

Does it generate a RagePluginHook.log, if so can you attach it, also do you have any mods installed? Also, can you make sure you have BattlEye disabled

I don't believe these files need to be updated, you could move each mod to another folder one by one and run the game after each to determine which is causing the crash

If the game runs with mods renamed to _mods then it is just a file within the mods folder

I don't think there is a quick way, you could either remove them one by one, or remove them all and add them back one by one to see which one causes it.

Can you try to load GTA 5 without RPH, once loaded in, use alt + tab and then start RPH

LSPDFR does not work on gta enhanced, it is only for legacy.

Are you trying to install LSPDFR on GTA Enhanced?
