I don't know if I'm undersanding you. but RageHookPlugin is the base of all mods (and plugins). So a plugin runs separatly from LSPDFR. RageHookPlugin also doesn't make all those plugins neither does LSPDFR, plugins are made by other developers also waiting on this update.

This is the support forum for LSPDFR not LCPDFR. And you could maybe try to lower settings don't use car packs. Also GTA IV is one of the most unstable games I have ever played so I'm not even going to bother with it anymore

It already is. It's under SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol) that is the motorbiker skin.

No there isn't they haven't released it yet. We are all waiting just like you. tip: have patience and maybe try other plugins related to lspdfr ;) I hope it does release soon #hype

Yes that is true I guess. but you can still disable all features in that mod that you don't like ;) (I have nothing against this mod or the creator but im just pointing out there is another mod that does this and more)

There is one called "More Control V" (By LukeD) wich does this and much more

I think there is a buzzard (no guns) on top of the main pd roof. But I don't really know if it always spawns there but it looks like it tho ;)

I also have to agree with tfaFreedom. The light/movement looks amazing. And it is VERY customizable in terms of light color, range, etc etc. I also load my mods mannually.- 474 comments
