  1. A version with vehicles folder & vehicles.oac file would be very much appreciated, along with a folder with only the tones that you're modifying! That'll save having to go take the files with OpenIV, find the right ones etc. And also download size
  2. You should post your suggestions rather just saying you have some. Though I agree that callouts need variety, we always see the same ones. Actually people download them because they're thirsty for callouts. Recreating already existing callouts can be a learning base for those new developers, so I don't really know what to think.
  3. You should include at least 1 vehicle pack that you know your skins can fit on. An idea: red lighting files to match the liveries
  4. Can't do that because it would require to upload the whole x64c.rpf archive which is 2,1gb, and it's a prop so it has nothing to do with EUP

Enjoy this sexy S.W.A.T. ballistic shield. This was originally made to come with my upcoming callout pack S.W.A.T. Callouts, but I decided to release it separately. The car in the screenshots is also something made by me, that will be released soon (ELS). You can also get it early in my Discord server, more details there. Notes: - I will not provide support in the comment section. See the video below or come in my Discord server & create a ticket! - This replaces the default LSPDFR shield, so you will have "S.W.A.T." even as a regular police officer! - The lights are partially working, I may update them in the future when I eventually find the right shader to use. Known issues: If you have texture problems, it is 99.9% likely to be your graphic mod (issue reported for "Custom Visuals") Join my Discord server: https://discord.gg/g82638j How to install OIV files: Do not redistribute this file here or on any other website. If you want to do re-textures, do not include the model. Include only the texture & a link to this page.
  5. Beautiful & original. A Jeep Gladiator would be very nice. Just a heads up, you've put "2020" twice in the title ^^
  6. You included the model in the files which you can only do if you have permission
  7. You didn't credit anyone for the base vehicle & parts you used
  8. He's using the default LSPDFR animations from the menu, the access to them for developers has been added in LSPDFR 0.4.8. They're prebuilt animations so he can't change them. But there's a workaround for it that he can feel free to ask me how to do it.
  9. Would be very much appreciated if there was a preview video!
  10. Please avoid putting "ELS" in the title for a paintjob, will make people think you're including a vehicle with it.
  11. I love that futuristic lighting, & always been a fan of the Divo. Is the dev model private? Edit: I found it on gtapolicemods
  12. Glad to have helped on this, next update custom key? And controller support 😉
  13. Nice idea, but would look 10x times better with something else that a standard font in my opinion, or use all caps everywhere like LAPD does on their Bearcat
  14. Oi can you link to the antennas dev part if it's public? You specified names in credits but not which part was whose 😞 Nice cars
  15. You can check out Gary Connor's voice packs, or you can do your own by modifying the game files (see the path in Gary Connor's uploads, then you change the sounds the same way as you install sirens)
  16. It takes time to do so, especially S.W.A.T. I'm currently developing "S.W.A.T. Callouts". You might want to try out PeterUCallouts but it's kind of outdated, or Assorted Callouts. As others said, you can also create your owns, a gang attack/terrorist attack callout can be easily created in 10 minutes! (or even less)
  17. What's the point of this? Every ELS car comes with ELS files, unless you did that for the default vehicles.
  18. Why doing a separate dll for the API?
  19. I'd suggest recoloring the emissives, it looks orange rather than red. Otherwise great work
